摘要
2017年,《上海市城市总体规划(2017—2035)》发布,提出建设1 000 km局域级轨道交通网络发展目标,但有关局域线功能定位、发展模式和主要规划技术标准等方面还缺乏系统指导和技术统筹。通过梳理城市及交通发展现状、研判城市及交通发展趋势,借鉴国内外轨道功能层次划分经验,对现有局域线规划进行思考,并分析了既有中运量71路情况,进而确定上海市局域线功能定位。
Shanghai Urban Master Plan(2017-2035)was published in 2017,putting forward the rail transit network development goal of constructing 1000 km local lines.However,there is a lack of systematic guidance and technical coordination on function orientation,development model and main planning technical standard of the local line.By sorting out the current situation of the city and the traffic development,studying and judging the development trend of the city and the traffic,drawing lessons from domestic and foreign experience of rail function hierarchy division experience,reflecting on the existing local line planning and analyzing the existed conditions of the NO.71 medium capacity road bus,it puts forward the function orientation of Shanghai local area line.
