摘要
东汉人对墓葬功能已经有了较为清晰的认识。他们认为,墓葬首先是安放死人的地方,不仅要把尸体放进去,还要大象其生以送其死,时时祭祀,做完这些,死人要为活人服务,为家族服务,要长利子孙。这就把生死联系在了一起。
The function of burials was well understood during the Eastern Han Dynasty.It was believed that(1)the burials were the places to lay the corpses,(2)the descendants should offer sacrifice to their ancestors frequently and then(3)the dead should profit to their descendants forever.Ideologically,Han Dynasty people combined the life and death together.
