高校外语教育新常态下的教师专业发展:内涵与路径 被引量:22

Teachers’Professional Development under the New Normal of Foreign Language Education at Tertiary Level:Connotation and Approach

摘要 随着新文科、课程思政、在线教学等理念的普及,高校外语教育逐步进入新常态,这对外语教师提出一定挑战。论文针对以上挑战,从认知、知识、能力、情感等方面分析了外语教师专业发展的内涵,并从建构基于融合理念的教师认知、丰富问题导向式跨学科或超学科知识、提高核心价值观融入式课程设计能力、打造基于情感认同和TPACK的师生共同体等维度探讨了教师专业发展的路径,以期为相关研究提供一定参考。 Along with the promotion of new liberal arts,integration of ideological and political course,and online teaching,the foreign language education at tertiary level has stepped into the stage of“the new normal”,thus brings some challenges to foreign language teachers.Confronting the above-mentioned challenges,this paper analyzes the connotation of foreign language teachers’professional development from the perspectives of cognition,knowledge,capability and emotion,and puts forward the following approaches:constructing teacher cognition based on the philosophy of integration,enriching problem-oriented cross-disciplinary or trans-disciplinary knowledge,improving the capability of integrating core values into curriculum design,and establishing a teacher-student community based on emotional identity and TPACK,so as to provide a reference for relevant studies.
