中国城市土地绿色利用效率测度及其时空演变特征 被引量:82

Measurement and temporal-spatial evolution characteristics ofurban land green use efficiency in China

摘要 基于非期望产出超效率SBM模型,对我国283座地级及以上城市2003—2017年土地绿色利用效率进行测度,在此基础上,综合运用非参数核密度估计和探索性空间数据分析方法,从时空二维视角对我国城市土地绿色利用效率时序动态演进规律和空间格局演变特征进行刻画和识别。实证结果显示:①在研究期内我国城市土地绿色利用效率整体呈上升趋势,平均效率值由2003年的0.481提升到2017年的0.489,有效决策单元数量由20座城增加到24座城。高效率和有效决策单元城市2003年多位于东部沿海地区,2017年多位于中西部内陆地区。②在研究期内我国城市土地绿色利用效率经历了下降-上升的演进特征,城市效率差异经历了缩小-扩大-缩小的演进特征,并始终存在两极分化现象。三大地带核密度曲线在位置、峰度、峰数和拖尾上具有各自的形态和变化轨迹,是一种区域特色与时段特征叠加共生的结果。③在研究期内我国城市土地绿色利用效率始终存在显著正向全局空间自相关性,并呈现由强相关向弱相关演变特征。局域空间格局以HH和LL为主,以LH和HL为辅,地理上存在空间邻近同伴效应和空间邻近溢出效应,形成了“城以群聚群分”的空间格局。最后提出,秉持“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念来指导城市土地开发利用,构建城市生态环境共同体,利用邻近城市之间空间溢出效应,发挥各城市在提高土地绿色利用效率上的合作联动作用。 Based on the undesired output super-efficient SBM model,this study measured the urban land green use efficiency of 283 prefecture-level cities and above in China from 2003 to 2017.On this basis,non-parametric kernel density estimation and exploratory spatial data analysis were used to describe and identify the temporal dynamic evolution law and spatial pattern evolution characteristics of urban land green utilization efficiency from the two-dimensional perspective of time and space.The results showed that:①During the study period,the urban land green use efficiency of China showed an overall upward trend.The average efficiency value increased from 0.481 in 2003 to 0.489 in 2017,and the number of effective decision-making units increased from 20 cities to 24 cities.Highly efficient cities and effective decision-making unit cities were mostly located in the eastern coastal areas in 2003 and in the mid-western inland areas in 2017.②During the study period,the green utilization efficiency of urban land experienced a decline-elevation evolution characteristic,and the urban efficiency difference experienced an evolution characteristic of shrinking-expanding-reducing,and there always existed a two-level differentiation phenomenon.The kernel density curves of the three regions had their own shape and trajectory in position,kurtosis,peak number and tailing,which was the result of superposition of regional characteristics and time period characteristics.③During the study period,there was always a significant and positive global spatial autocorrelation of urban land green use efficiency,which evolved from a strong correlation to a weak correlation.The local spatial pattern was dominated by HH and LL,supplemented by LH and HL,and a spatial neighboring companion effect and a spatial proximity spillover effect existed geographically,forming a spatial pattern of‘urban agglomeration and separation’.Finally,this study suggests that the concept of‘lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets’should be followed to guide the development and utilization of urban land,to build an urban eco-environment community,to use the space spillover effect between neighboring cities,and to encourage the cities to play a cooperative and coordinating role in the improvement of land green use efficiency.
