摘要
为了适应实际工程建设的需求,对于有必要进行现场试验的工程项目需专门进行方案设计,使现场试验能发挥对工程建设的指导性作用,可以弥补单纯实验室试验所带来的场地和设备制约和不足。针对某工程建设需求,该文对于沉箱与升浆基床之间的摩擦性能和粘结性能现场试验方案进行设计研究,保证沉箱与升浆基床性能现场试验设计方案整体安全可靠,设备加载稳定可控精度高,试验结果数据能够很好地反映实际工程情况,以期为其他类似现场试验项目提供帮助。
In order to meet the requirements of actual engineering construction,particular designs of construction projects that are necessary to be field-tested are carried out.In this case,field tests may not only provide instructions to engineering construction,but also make up for limited space and inadequate equipment stemmed from single laboratory tests.In the light of construction requirments of one certain project,this paper has studied the design of field test scheme on friction and bonding properties between caisson and grouting bed,in a bid to ensure the safety and reliablity of the field test design scheme on property between caisson and grouting bed.Given stable equipment loading and high controllable accuracy,the test results that reflect the real engineering situation are expected to provide assistance to other similar field test projects.
