摘要
随着检验设备的迅速发展,全自动生化分析仪已经广泛应用于各级医疗卫生机构,生化检测速度得到显著提高,生化检测项目的种类也大幅增加。全自动生化分析仪能优化试剂配比,减少试剂用量,且灵敏度较高,极大地提升了检测质量。但全自动生化分析仪在检测样本的过程中会受多种因素的影响,导致检验结果出现误差。为了进一步提高自动生化分析仪的检测质量,减少检测误差,必须不断加强管理,对全自动生化分析仪的检测过程实施严格的质量控制,使仪器的精密度得到显著提升,进而得出更加客观、精准的生化检测数据。
With the rapid development of testing equipment,automatic biochemical analyzer has been widely used in medical and health institutions at all levels,not only the biochemical detection speed is increasing significantly,biochemical detection programs also significantly increase.Automatic biochemical analyzer can optimize the ratio of reagents,reduce the dosage of reagents.And the test results of automatic biochemical analyzer are of high sensitivity,which improves the testing quality obviously.However,the application of automatic biochemical analyzer in the process of specimen detection is still affected by a variety of factors,resulting in error in the test results.In order to further improve the detection quality of the automatic biochemical analyzer and reduce the detection error,it is necessary to continuously strengthen management and implement strict quality control on the detection process of the automatic biochemical analyzer,so that the precision of the instrument can be significantly improved and more objective and accurate biochemical detection data can be obtained.
