摘要
该文充分利用虚拟仿真资源和线上资源,补充和完善真实实验无法解决或无法真实操作的弊端,突破了传统课堂的限制,针对食品分析实验的特点,研究开发的虚拟仿真在线实验教学的初步方案。此方案为食品分析实验的虚拟仿真实验的建立提供了理论支持,可以随时随地、反复进行个性化操作学习,加深印象,提高教学效果。此方案为虚拟仿真的线上实验的开展提供理论基础。
This paper makes full use of virtual simulation resources and online resources to build online course of food analysis experiment.It breaks through the limitation of the traditional classroom to supplement and perfect the real experiment,which can’t be solved or operated.This scheme provides theoretical support for the establishment of virtual simulation experiment of food analysis experiment.It can carry out personalized operation learning anytime,anywhere and repeatedly,deepen the impression and improve the teaching effect.This scheme provides a theoretical basis for the online experiment of virtual simulation.
