模块化教学在肾内科临床护理带教中的初探 被引量:10

摘要 目的探究模块化教学模式在肾内科临床护理带教中的效果,充分调动学生的学习积极性,提高带教效率,改善教学质量。方法将2018年7月—2019年7月在我科实习的共68名本科护生进行研究,随机分成对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组开展了基于模块化教学的多元教学方法的尝试与改革,对比分析两组护生出科考核成绩和对带教的满意度。结果通过对比分析两组的理论及操作考核成绩和对科室带教满意度,实验组要明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论模块化教学模式在肾内科临床护理带教中的应用可提高护生专科理论成绩及实践操作技能,激发实习护生学习兴趣,对提高带教教学质量有较好效果,值得在肾内科临床护理带教中进行应用和推广。 Objective To explore the effect of modular teaching model in clinical nursing teaching in renal medicine,to fully mobilize students'learning enthusiasm,improve teaching efficiency and improve teaching quality.Methods A total of 68 nursing students from July 2018 to July 2019 were studied.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching model.The experimental group introduced the modular teaching model and compared and analyzed the results and satisfaction of the two groups.Results The experimental group was superior to the control group by comparing the theoretical and operational evaluation results of the two groups and the satisfaction of the department.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modular teaching model in clinical nursing teaching of renal medicine can improve the theoretical performance and practical operation skills of nursing students,stimulate the interest of practice nursing students,and have a good effect on improving the quality of teaching.It is worth applying and popularizing in the clinical nursing teaching of renal medicine.
