摘要
黄芪桂枝五物汤是《金匮要略》中的经典方剂,有良好的药用价值。近年来,黄芪桂枝五物汤在抗周围神经损伤、保护神经功能等方面的研究取得了较为显著的进展。黄芪桂枝五物汤具有较好的抗氧化应激、改善微循环、促进神经修复等多重作用,文章从周围神经病变的病理变化角度论述黄芪桂枝五物汤的药理及临床疗效,以期为黄芪桂枝五物汤用于周围神经病变的治疗提供一定的参考。
Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction is the classic prescription in synopsis of golden chamber,and it has good medicinal value. In recent years,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction has made remarkable progress in the research of resisting peripheral nerve injury and protecting nerve function. Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction has multiple functions such as anti-oxidative stress,improving microcirculation and promoting nerve repair,etc. This paper discusses the pharmacology and clinical efficacy of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction from the perspective of the pathological changes of peripheral neuropathy,so as to provide certain reference for the treatment of peripheral neuropathy with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.
