规模化种猪场猪瘟血清抗体水平变化规律的分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了解猪场猪瘟免疫抗体的现状,掌握规模化种猪场猪瘟强制免疫后其病毒血清抗体水平的变化规律,为制定疫苗精准免疫方案提供科学依据,本研究选取2个规模化种猪场开展猪瘟血清抗体监测工作。采用ELISA抗体检测方法,并结合猪场实际生产业绩,分析猪群猪瘟抗体分布趋势、抗体阳性阻断率、离散度等指标的变化。结果显示,猪场免疫过猪瘟疫苗后,相应抗体平均阻断率高于50%,且离散度CV值低于25%,可视为免疫效果良好;同时猪瘟疫苗有效免疫率高于85%,对应猪瘟发生机率较小。而猪瘟抗体平均阻断值在70%以下,离散度CV值大于30%,尤其阻断值大于50%的个体占群体的80%以下时,猪群免疫失败,猪瘟发生几率风险较大。综合以上分析结果认为,猪场应通过注重生物安全管理,优化免疫方案等措施,有效降低猪群猪瘟的发生率。 The purpose of this study was to set up a customized vaccinated program of CSF(classical swine fever)by identifying the variation trends of serum antibody level on scaled farms after compulsory vaccinating,so as to provide scientific support for CSF eradication and control.The CSF antibodies were analyzed by means of some index data,such as the CV value,blocking rate and distribution,which were obtained in regular monitoring of the pig farms for 3 years using the ELISA test method.The results showed that two different situations on the vaccinated farms might be helpful for prevention of CSFV.When the blocking rate on the farm was above 50,the CV value was below 25,and the herd positive rate was above 85%,the farm could be seen as a safeplace for pigs,with a low risk of CSF infection.When the blocking rate was below 70,the CV value was above 30,and the herd positive rate was below 80%,is the farm could be seen as unsafe for pigs,with a high risk of CSF infection.In the latter situation,the farmer should take measures to improve the bio-security management of the farms and optimize the vaccination program.
