摘要
不良事件上报管理可以发现医疗漏洞,降低医疗差错发生率,改善管理流程。本文主要阐述了不良事件管理系统的构建及工作流程,探讨影响不良事件上报的因素,并结合实际工作经验提出提高不良事件上报率的对策。
The management of adverse events is benefit to find the medical loophole,reduce the incidence of medical errors,improve the management methods.This article introduce the construction and methods about the management system of hospital adverse events in details;investigate the factors that affect the report of these events;finally,put forward some better countermeasures of raise the report rate about the adverse events on the base of self experience.
