摘要
奇瑞汽车通过PDM项目的实施,基于Siemens PLM协同研发平台,建立了虚拟评审体系,在研发过程的关键节点,通过跨部门的协作,对整车进行物理集成与制造集成方面的验证,使原先通过样车试制才能发现的问题,在研发更早的阶段就可以发现,在提高设计质量的同时设计变更数量也大为减少,为研发成本的降低作出了重大的贡献。
Through the implementation of the PDM project,Chery Automobile has established a virtual review system based on the Siemens PLM collaborative R&D platform.At the key nodes of the R&D process,through cross-department collaboration,the vehicle is physically integrated and manufacturing integrated,which helps discover the problems that could only be discovered through the trial production of the prototype car,at an earlier stage of research and development.The number of design changes has been greatly reduced while improving the design quality,which made a significant contribution to the reduction of research and development costs.
