摘要
为提高煤矿井下机械设备的高效运行,保证煤矿安全生产,降低设备电机故障率,通过技术研究,合理分析了煤矿机电设备电机常见故障及原因,提出了电机故障诊断方法,并采取了合理有效的预防措施。通过实际应用,煤矿全年电机故障率降低至7%以下,节约设备维修费用达42万元,取得了显著的应用成效。
In order to improve the efficient operation of underground mechanical equipment in coal mine,ensure the safety production of coal mine and reduce the failure rate of equipment motor,through technical research,the common faults and causes of electrical machinery and electrical equipment in coal mine were reasonably analyzed,and the fault diagnosis methods of motor were proposed,and reasonable and effective preventive measures were taken.Through practical application,the annual motor failure rate of coal mine is reduced to less than 1%,and the equipment maintenance cost is saved by 420 000 yuan,which has achieved remarkable application effect.
