摘要
目的:观察肺结核合并糖尿病患者应用中医优质护理的效果。方法:选取我院2017年5月至2018年5月接收肺结核合并糖尿病患者94例,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中医优质护理,护理8周,比较两组护理前后空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、1s内用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰值流速(PEF),评价护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组FBG和HbA1c水平优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组FEV1和PEF水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为91.49%明显高于对照组74.47%(P<0.05)。结论:对肺结核合并糖尿病患者实施中医优质护理,更有利于血糖调控和提升肺功能,满意度高,值得应用。
Objective:To observe the effect of high-quality nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:94 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes mellitus received in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received high-quality traditional Chinese medicine nursing for 8 weeks.The FBG,HbA1c,FEV1 and PEF before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Peak flow rate was used to evaluate nursing satisfaction.Results:After nursing,FBG and HbA1c levels in observation group were better(P<0.05);The levels of FEV1 and PEF in the observation group were higher(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 91.49%,Which was higher than the control group[74.47%(P<0.05)].Conclusion:The implementation of high-quality traditional Chinese medicine nursing for tuberculosis patients with diabetes mellitus is more conducive to the regulation of blood sugar and the improvement of pulmonary function,with high satisfaction,which is worthy of application.
