摘要 为建设智能输液监控管理系统,实现输液集中监控、量化管理和规范服务,为护士及时警报提示患者输液异常情况,减轻医护人员工作强度,提升患者满意度,本文采用B/S结构,使用物联网、移动互联网技术将输液剩余重量实时传回数据管理平台进行输液情况计算分析,并在多终端对监控结果进行展示和预警。应用效果表明,患者输液治疗满意度评分提升一分,精神压力减轻。病区响铃率降低56.7%,护士输液巡查时间减少,进出配药室次数降低54.4%,护士工作满意度评分提升一分。因此,输液监控管理系统可以有效提升护理输液效能,减轻护理人员工作负担,减少患者输液过程中的不良情绪,保证患者输液安全,为医院的智能化、网络化、规范化的管理提供极大地保障,值得临床推广应用。 Build an intelligent infusion monitoring and management system to achieve centralized infusion monitoring,quantitative management and standardized services,prompt nurses to alert patients of infusion abnormalities,reduce the work intensity of medical staff,and improve patient satisfaction.Methods:Using B/S structure,the residual weight of infusion was sent back to the data management platform in real time by Internet of Things and mobile Internet technology for calculation and analysis of infusion situation,and the monitoring results were displayed and early warned at multiple terminals.Results:The patient's satisfaction score of infusion treatment was improved by one point,and mental stress was reduced.The ringing rate of the ward was reduced by 56.7%,the time of nurses'infusion inspection was reduced,the number of times entering and leaving the dispensing room was reduced by 54.4%,and the nurse's job satisfaction score was improved by one point.Conclusion:Infusion monitoring management system can effectively improve the efficiency of nursing infusion,reduce the workload of nursing staff,reduce the adverse emotions of patients during infusion,ensure the safety of patients'infusion,provide great guarantee for the intelligent,networked and standardized management of hospitals,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
