摘要
目的:探讨结构式护理法对接受抗生素骨水泥治疗骨折术后髓内感染患者遵医行为及护理工作满意度的影响。方法:选取2017年8月—2019年12月我院骨折术后髓内感染患者68例,按入院时间分对照组(32例)、观察组(36例)。均予以抗生素骨水泥治疗,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取结构式护理法,对比两组护理工作满意度、遵医行为、护理前后创口水肿情况、疼痛程度(VAS评分)。结果:观察组遵医率97.22%高于对照组78.13%(P<0.05);护理1周后观察组水肿情况、VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理工作满意度94.44%较对照组71.88%高(P<0.05)。结论:结构式护理法可提高接受抗生素骨水泥治疗骨折术后髓内感染患者遵医率,利于促进创口愈合,缓解疼痛,提升对护理服务认可度。
Objective:To explore the effect of structural nursing on the compliance of doctors and satisfaction of nursing work in patients with intramedullary infection after fracture treatment with antibiotic bone cement.Methods:A total of 68 patients with intramedullary infection after fracture in our hospital from August 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into a control group(32 cases)and an observation group(36 cases)according to the admission time.All were treated with antibiotic bone cement,the control group took routine care,and the observation group took structural nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing job satisfaction,compliance behavior,wound edema before and after nursing,and the degree of pain(VAS score)were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance rate of the observation group was 97.22%higher than that of the control group 78.13%(P<0.05);after a week of nursing,the edema and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of nursing work in the observation group was 94.44%higher than that in the control group(71.88%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The structured nursing method can improve the compliance rate of patients receiving intramedullary infection after fracture treatment with antibiotic bone cement,which is beneficial to promote wound healing,relieve pain,and enhance the recognition of nursing services.
