摘要
为支持粤港澳大湾区建设及推动珠江-西江经济带协调可持续发展,本文运用层次分析法对经济带工业产业专业化、产出效率、产业集聚发展情况进行了综合分析。结果表明:以优势特色产业作为合作发展重心,能有效带动区域工业经济快速发展;引导产业向有良好承接条件的城市转移,能有效提高区域产业资源合理配置效果;在有良好创新基础城市建立或联合建立新型研发机构,能有效提升区域科研投入产出效率。因此,本文从加强优势特色产业合作组织和规划、合理引导与推动产业转移、科学布局和支持建立新型研发机构、建立健全合作利益分享和补偿机制4个方面提出了推动经济带工业经济合作发展的建议。
In order to support the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and promote the coordinated and sustainable development of the Pearl River-Xijiang Economic Belt,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to comprehensively analyze the industrial specialization,output efficiency and industrial agglomeration development of the economic belt.The results show that,taking the advantage of characteristic industry as the focus of cooperative development can effectively promote the rapid development of regional industrial economy;guiding industries to transfer to cities with good conditions can effectively improve the rational allocation of regional industrial resources;the establishment or joint establishment of new research and development institutions in cities with good innovation foundation can effectively improve the input-output efficiency of regional scientific research.Therefore,from the four aspects of strengthening the cooperation organization and planning of the advantageous and characteristic industries,rationally guiding and promoting the industrial transfer,scientifically distributing and supporting the establishment of new research and development institutions,and establishing and improving the mechanism of cooperation benefit sharing and compensation,the suggestions of promoting the industrial economic cooperation and development of the economic belt are put forward.
