摘要
我国是世界上最大的苹果生产国,但在生产上却存在重产量轻品质的弊病,其中植株带毒是造成我国苹果单产低、品质差的主要原因,严重影响了我国苹果产业的发展。本文阐述了茎尖培养、微体嫁接、热处理、化学处理和超低温处理病毒脱除技术,分析了各方法的优点与弊病,以及适合其脱除病毒的种类,以期为我国苹果病毒脱除研究提供参考。
China is the largest apple producing country in the world,but there is a disadvantage in the production,which emphasizes the yield but ignores the quality.The main reason for the low yield and poor quality of apple in China is the plant virus,which seriously affects the development of China’s apple industry.In this paper,the virus removal technologies of shoot tip culture,micro grafting,heat treatment,chemical treatment and ultra-low temperature treatment were described,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method were analyzed,as well as the types of virus removal suitable for them,so as to provide reference for the research of apple virus removal in China.
