摘要
现代医家多认为儿童抽动障碍病位在肝,归属于肝风证范畴,但是对于生风的原因认识尚不统一。通过梳理风与肝的关系及气与火的关系,提出儿童抽动障碍的根本病机为肝气不足,阴火亢盛;其生风的原因为小儿生发之气不足,不能正常温养筋脉、濡养神志;临床主要表现为本虚标实之证;治疗上当以酸、甘之品补肝益气为主,同时根据具体病症佐以平息内风、疏散外风、祛风化痰、活血化瘀之品。
Most doctors hold the viewpoint tic disorders in children is located in liver,and pertains to the liver wind pattern,but the there is no agreement on the cause. By summarizing the relationships between wind and liver,qi and fire,we propose that the fundamental disease mechanism of tic disorders in children is deficiency of liver qi and prosperous yin fire. The cause is that the growth and dispersion qi is deficient and could not warm and nourish the tendons and meridians,moisten and nourish the mind and spirit. In clinic it manifests as deficient root and excessive branch. The treatment is to nourish liver and qi with sour and sweet medicinals,and according to the specific symptoms,herbs that can calm internal wind,disperse external wind,dispel wind and resolve phlegm,and promote blood circulation and resolve blood stasis should be applied.
