Report on Numerical Simulation of Welding Deformation and Stress Distribution of Forklift Welding

摘要 结合叉车叉架体焊接流程,对叉架体的3D有限元模型划分了网格,并将焊缝顺序进行编号,在此基础上,使用Simufact软件,采用合理的热源模型、热边界条件及其他相关求解参数,得到了叉车叉架体焊接结束后的温度场、焊接过程中最高温度分布云图以及焊接结束后的变形场、应力场。对于焊缝顺序的进一步优化,达到最小的焊接后残余变形提供依据。 Combined with the welding process of forklift,the 3D finite element model of forklift is meshed,and the weld sequence is numbered.On this basis,the temperature field,the highest temperature distribution cloud chart and the welding junction are obtained after the forklift forklift forklift is welded by using simfactory software,reasonable heat source model,thermal boundary conditions and other relevant solving parameters Deformation field and stress field after beam.The simulation model can be used to further optimize the welding sequence,so as to achieve the minimum residual deformation after welding.
