摘要
甘肃某极低品位氧化铅锌银矿,铅品位0.96%、铅氧化率37.50%,锌品位0.76%、锌氧化率32.88%,银品位207.66g/t,银主要以银锑黝铜矿的形式存在并与方铅矿共生。根据该矿的性质,优先浮选产出铅精矿,混合浮选产出铅锌精矿,并将银富集到铅精矿和铅锌精矿中。采用新型捕收剂GH,通过闭路选铅,获得了铅品位55.71%、铅回收率20.73%,银品位7476.81g/t、银回收率14.39%的铅精矿;在闭路混选中,获得了铅品位17.61%、铅回收率37.47%,锌品位23.64%、锌回收率65.67%,银品位5593.42g/t、银回收率59.49%的铅锌精矿。富集伴生银矿物的同时,实现了对低品位矿物的高效回收。
A very low-grade lead-zinc silver mine in Gansu province has lead grade of 0.96%,lead oxidation rate of 37.50%,zinc grade of 0.76%,zinc oxidation rate of 32.88%,and silver grade of 207.66 g/t.Silver mainly exists in the form of silver-antimony-copper and coexists with galena.According to the properties of the ore,lead concentrate is produced by preferential flotation,lead-zinc concentrate by mixed flotation,and silver is enriched in lead concentrate and lead-zinc concentrate.The new collector GH is used to select lead through closed-circuit text.Lead concentrate with lead grade of 55.71%,recovery rate of20.73%,silver grade of 7476.81 g/t and recovery rate of 14.39%was obtained by closed-circuit test.Lead-zinc concentrate with lead grade of 17.61%,recovery rate of 37.47%,zinc grade of 23.64%,recovery rate of 65.67%,silver grade of 5593.42 g/t and recovery rate of 59.49%was also abtained by closedcircuit test.Good flotation index has been obtained in this experiment and the associated silver was also recovered.Associated silver minerals was enriched,and low-grade minerals were also recycled efficiently.
