摘要
福建省作为全国首批工程总承包建设新模式试点省份之一,已试行多年,积累了一些经验,也出现一些问题。基于此,主要研究了原有工程总承包项目预算后审方面存在的问题,并探讨了如何通过模拟清单和适合的合同计价模式以有效解决存在的问题,助力推进福建省推行工程总承包模式。
As one of the first batch of pilot provinces of new mode of EPC Construction in China,Fujian province has been on trial for many years and accumulated some experience,but also has some problems.Based on this,this paper mainly studies the problems existing in the budget post audit of the original EPC project,and discusses how to effectively solve the existing problems through the simulation list and the suitable contract pricing mode,so as to promote the implementation of the EPC mode in Fujian Province.
