摘要
目的探讨抗阻运动对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者血压及生命质量的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月在医院接受MHD治疗的终末期肾病患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组接受常规干预,观察组接受抗阻运动干预,持续干预3个月后,比较两组的最低血压、透析低血压(IDH)发生率及生命质量评分。结果干预期间,观察组最低舒张压、最低收缩压均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月内,观察组IDH发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月后,观察组简明健康测量量表(SF-36)各个维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗阻运动可有效缓解MHD患者的低血压情况,且有助于提升患者的生命质量。
Objective To explore the effect of resistance exercise on blood pressure and quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,80 patients with end-stage renal disease received MHD treatment in hospital.The random number table method was used to divide the enrolled patients into a control group and an observation group of 40 for each.The patients in the control group received routine intervention,and the patients in the observation group received resistance exercise intervention.After 3 months,the difference in minimum blood pressure level,IDH occurrence,and scores assessing the quality of life was compared between the two groups.Results During the intervention,the minimum diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were greater than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Within 3 months of intervention,the incidence of IDH in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference in the incidence of IDH between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the scores of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Resistance exercise can effectively relieve the hypotension of IDH patients,and help to improve the quality of patients’lives.
