摘要
武术作为中国传统武术强身健体的重要手段,在当今学校体育建设和国家素质教育普及方面有其独特的功能和意义。武术教学的方法和质量是武术发展和传承的重要保障,本文从武术教学概念、示范法的分类、示范教学注意事项、应用问题及其应用意义等方面出发,分析了武术教学中的教学方法和运用途径。由于现代武术的复杂性及其方位的多样性,使教师和学生学习现代武术更加困难。在武术教学过程中,示范法对使用武术教学的教学是比较常见的,并已取得了良好的应用效果,使现代武术更加直观,有利于改善和发展武术理论与教师和学生的实际操作能力的专业技能。我国武术示范教育依然处于较低的阶段。本文将根据高校武术教学的实际情况,探讨武术示范教学法,来提高武术的教学质量。
Wushu,as an important means of physical fitness in traditional Chinese sports,has its unique function and significance in today's school sports construction and national quality education.The method and quality of Wushu teaching is an important guarantee for the development and inheritance of Wushu.This article analyzes the teaching methods and application methods.Due to the complexity of modern Wushu and the diversity of their orientations,it is more difficult for teachers and students to learn modern Wushu.In the process of Wushu teaching,the demonstration method is relatively common in the teaching of Wushu teaching,and has achieved good application results,making modern Wushu more intuitive,and conducive to improve and develope the Wushu theory and the practical ability of teachers and students.China's Wushu demonstration education is still at a relatively low stage.Based on the actual situation of Wushu teaching in colleges and universities,this article discusses the Wushu demonstration teaching method to improve the quality of Wushu teaching.
