摘要
食用菌中含有多种营养物质,而且在医疗保健行业也发挥着作用。近些年来,通过对食用菌的营养成分和保健功能分析,以期能够推动我国食用菌研发工作的不断开展,促使食用菌保健食品的不断发展。
China is the largest producer of edible fungi in the world. There are many nutrients in edible fungi, which have special taste when eaten. Moreover, edible fungi also play a role in the health care industry, so edible fungi can also be regarded as a kind of health food. In recent years, the research and development of edible fungi has also been continuously carried out. The nutritional composition and health care function of edible fungi are analyzed in detail below, hoping to promote the continuous development of edible fungi health food in China.
