摘要
目的优选出白花香莲解毒颗粒的成型工艺。方法以成型率、溶化性、流动性等多项指标,对辅料种类、用量、工艺等条件进行考察,筛选处方的成型工艺。结果最佳成型工艺为:按稠膏∶糊精=1∶2比例加入糊精,以糊精稠膏混合物0.25%的阿司帕坦和0.25%甜菊素作为矫味剂,再加入45%乙醇作为润湿剂,混匀,过14目筛制粒,80℃鼓风干燥,整粒,即得。结论优选出的成型工艺质量稳定可行,可为白花香莲解毒颗粒的制备与生产提供参考。
Objective To optimize the forming process of Baihuaxianglian Jiedu granules.Methods According to the forming rate,solubility,fluidity and other indexes,the types,dosage and technology of excipients are investigated,and the molding process of the prescription is selected.Results The best molding process is as follows:add dextrin according to the ratio of thick paste∶dextrin=1∶2,use 0.25%aspartate and 0.25%stevioside as taste corrector,and then add 45%ethanol as wetting agent,sift through 14 mesh for granulation,blast drying at 80℃,whole granule.Conclusion The quality of the optimized molding process is stable and feasible,which can provide reference for the preparation and production of Baihuaxianglian Jiedu granules.
