摘要
受新冠疫情影响,全国高校多门课程由线下授课调整为线上教学,教学模式发生极大变化。就“功能性食品学”课程线上教学的前期准备、实施过程、效果反馈、教学体会等方面的探索和实践进行了总结和思考,相关方法和经验对工科类学科线上教学模式的应用推广具有一定的借鉴及参考意义。
Affected by the COVID-19,many courses in colleges and universities across the country have been changed from offline teaching to online teaching,and the teaching mode has changed greatly.This paper summarized and reflected on the exploration and practice of online teaching of Functional Food Science,including preliminary preparation,implementation process,effect feedback and teaching experience.Relevant methods and experiences had certain references for the application and promotion of online teaching mode for engineering disciplines.
