摘要
农场动物作为动物源食品的主要来源,其福利与食品安全密切相关,亦与人类福利相辅相成,通过法律保护农场动物福利而增进人类福祉具有重要意义。从中国农场动物福利的法律现状出发,分析农场动物福利法律方面的不足,借鉴英国、美国、欧盟等发达国家和地区的先进经验,提出完善农场动物福利法律保护的对策。
As the main source of animal-derived food, farm animals’ welfare is closely related to food safety and is complementary to human welfare. It is of great significance to improve human welfare by protecting farm animal welfare through laws. Therefore, based on the current legal situation of farm animal welfare in China, the deficiencies of laws on farm animal welfare are analyzed, and drawing lessons from the advanced experience of developed countries and regions such as the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union, countermeasures are put forward to improve the legal protection of farm animal welfare.
