摘要
为了打通高湿高腐蚀性球团烟气袋式除尘工艺路线,开展了为期两年的球团烟气袋式除尘热态试验系统研究。为国内首次针对球团烟气袋式除尘开展的专项系统研究,试验系统工况烟气量为10000m3/h,研制了4种新型滤料用于试验,并开展了结露腐蚀特征分析。试验结果表明,所采用的“顶部垂直进风袋式除尘器”适用于高湿高腐蚀球团烟气净化,颗粒物排放质量浓度小于10mg/m3,达到超低排放要求,设备阻力为700~1000Pa;滤料分析结果表明,有两种滤料的强度和透气性等性能可满足使用要求;结露腐蚀分析结果表明,在高湿高SO2浓度烟气条件下,设备腐蚀主要最终产物不仅含有γ-Fe2O3、Fe3O4、δ-FeOOH和γ-FeOOH,还包含白色粉末状物质X。为今后实施球团烟气袋式除尘工程化奠定了技术基础。
To get through the bag filter technology route of high humidity and high corrosive pellet flue gas,thermal experimental study on pellet flue gas bag filter was carried out in two years.The test is the first special system research on pellet bag dust removal in China.The working volume of the experimental system was 10000m3/h and four types of new filters were developed to apply in the test.Analysis on the characteristics of dew corrosion in the test was also conducted.The test results showed that the“top vertical air inlet Bag Dust Collector”is suitable for purifying the flue gas of high-humidity and high-corrosion pellets.The emission concentration of particulate matter is less than 10mg/m3,which meets the ultra-low emission requirements and the equipment pressure loss is 700-1000Pa.Analysis results about the four types of new developed filters indicated that the strength and air permeability of two types of filter media can meet the requirements for use.The dew corrosion analysis suggested that the end products of device corrosion include not onlyγ-Fe2O3,Fe3O4,δ-FeOOH andγ-FeOOH,but also a kind of white powdered substance X,which lays a technical foundation for the future implementation of pelletized bag dust removal engineering.
