摘要
目的:检测Hippo信号通路核心下游转录调控分子具有PDZ结合基序的转录共活化蛋白(TAZ)和Yes相关蛋白(YAP)在三阴性乳腺癌组织中的表达,探讨其与三阴性乳腺癌患者临床病理特征的关系。方法:收集病理确诊的浸润性乳腺癌患者60例(三阴性乳腺癌30例,非三阴性乳腺癌30例),应用免疫组织化学方法检测60例乳腺癌组织中TAZ和YAP的表达情况,并分析其与三阴性乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、TNM分期及组织学分级等的关系。结果:TAZ、YAP在三阴性乳腺癌组织中的表达显著高于非三阴性乳腺癌组织(P<0.05);TAZ和YAP的表达与三阴性乳腺癌的肿瘤大小、组织学分级相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、淋巴结转移、TNM分期无关;在三阴性乳腺癌中,TAZ与YAP的表达呈正相关(r=0.537,P<0.05)。结论:Hippo信号通路参与了三阴性乳腺癌的发生发展。
Objective:To detect the expression levels of transcriptional co-activator with PDZ-binding motif(TAZ)and yes-associated protein(YAP)in Hippo signaling pathway in triple negative breast cancer tissues,and to explore the relationship between them and the clinicopathological characteristics of triple negative breast cancer patients.Methods:Sixty patients with invasive breast cancer confirmed by pathological diagnosis(30 cases of triple negative breast cancer and 30 cases of non triple negative breast cancer)were enrolled.The expression levels of TAZ and YAP in breast cancer tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method,and the relationship between them and age,tumor size,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and histological grade of triple negative breast cancer patients was analyzed.Results:The expression levels of TAZ and YAP in triple negative breast cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in non triple negative breast cancer tissues(P<0.05).The expression levels of TAZ and YAP were correlated with tumor size and histological grade(P<0.05),but not with age,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.In triple negative breast cancer,the expression level of TAZ was positively correlated with that of YAP(r=0.537,P<0.05).Conclusion:Hippo signaling pathway may be involved in the development of triple negative breast cancer.
