摘要
首先基于研究领域、时间序列和服务对象3个维度对查新用户数据进行梳理整合,再通过三维数据的关联耦合揭示用户需求特征,最后结合特征提出精准查新策略:立体化团队建设、动态化资源配置、全域化合作互联、营销式宣传推送和迭代式评价反馈。"数据维度→需求特征→精准服务策略"流程对于图书情报机构制定精准服务策略具有借鉴意义。
The Sci-Tech Novelty Retrieval(STNR)user data is combed and integrated based on three dimensions:research field,time series and service object.Then the user requirements characteristics are revealed through the correlation coupling of three-dimensional data.Finally,five strategies for precise STNR service are proposed in combination with these above-mentioned user requirements characteristics:multilevel team building,dynamic resource allocation,global cooperation and interconnection,marketing publicity and iterative evaluation and feedback.The "data dimension→requirement characteristics→precise service strategy" model has important reference for library and information agencies to develop precise service strategies.
