芒果种质资源果实性状的多样性分析与评价 被引量:7

Diversity Analysis and Evaluation of Mango Germplasm Resources Based on Fruit Traits

摘要 本研究以广西大学芒果种质资源圃收集保存的39份芒果种质资源为实验材料,观测其果实的13个性状指标。结果表明,供试芒果种质的果实性状存在着丰富的遗传多样性,其中可滴定酸、单果重和可溶性糖的变异系数分别为88.49%、45.01%和32.95%,遗传变异较大,这3项性状在未来芒果实生选种中应重点考虑。主成分分析和R型因子聚类分析发现果实纵径、果实横径、单果重、可食率、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖和可滴定酸是导致供试芒果种质遗传差异变化的主要原因,因此在芒果种质资源遗传多样性分析与评价中应重点研究这7项性状。Q型聚类结果显示,39份芒果种质可划分为Ⅰ和Ⅱ两组,绝大部分实生种质资源与主要栽培品种聚类到第Ⅰ组,第Ⅰ组又可划分为Ⅰ-1和Ⅰ-2两个亚组,亚组Ⅰ-2的果实大于亚组Ⅰ-1的但小于第Ⅱ组的种质。本研究结果为芒果资源评价和新品种的选育提供了理论依据。 In this study,the genetic diversity of 13 fruit characters from 39 mango germplasm resources which preserved in Guangxi University were compared and analyzed.The results showed that there was rich genetic diversity in the fruit characters of the tested mango germplasm.The variation coefficients of titrable acid,fruit weight and soluble sugar were 88.49%,45.01%and 32.95%,respectively;These three traits should be considered for breeding of mango in the future.Principal component analysis and R-style cluster analysis showed that fruit vertical diameter,fruit transverse diameter,fruit weight,edible rate,soluble solids,soluble sugar and titratable acid were the main reasons leading to the genetic variation of mango germplasm.Therefore,these seven traits should be studied in the analysis and evaluation of genetic diversity of mango germplasm resources.Q-type clustering results showed that 39 mango germplasms could be divided into two groups,ⅠandⅡ.Most of the germplasm resources and main cultivars were clustered into groupⅠ.GroupⅠcan be further divided into two subgroups,Ⅰ-1 andⅠ-2.The fruit size of subgroupⅠ-2 is larger than that of subgroupⅠ-1 but smaller than that of groupⅡ.The results of this study provided a theoretical basis for the evaluation of mango resources and the breeding of new varieties.
