摘要
铁路客运枢纽作为客流聚集和人民生活的重要场所,具有巨大的商业价值,合理的商业经营模式将会大幅提升铁路服务品质。通过分析韩国铁路车站商业经营情况,从车站商业融资、特色售票服务、特色联程服务、车站经营开发等方面,剖析韩国铁路车站的商业经营开发及服务,提出引入社会资本参与车站商业经营、铁路车站融入城市交通系统、铁路车站商业功能与周边融为一体和站车商业经营服务一体化等启示,为我国铁路车站商业资源经营开发提供借鉴。
Railway passenger transport hub is an essential place for passenger flow gathering and people’s life and has significant commercial value.A reasonable business model will significantly improve the service quality of the railway.Based on the detailed analysis of the commercial operation of railway stations in South Korea,this paper analyzes the commercial operation and development of railway stations in South Korea from the aspects of station commercial financing,special ticketing service,characteristic connecting service,and station operation and development.Furthermore,it puts forward the enlightenment of introducing social capital to participate in station commercial operation,integrating railway station into the urban transportation system,integrating railway station commercial function with surrounding areas and integration of station and train commercial operation and service.These methods provide a reference for the operation and development of commercial resources of railway stations in China.
