兼业降低了农户玉米生产的技术效率吗?——来自河南省511个玉米种植户的证据 被引量:3

Does Part-time Business Reduce the Technical Efficiency of Farmers′Corn Production?——Evidence from 511 Corn Growers in Henan Province

摘要 基于河南省511份农户的调研数据,运用超越对数随机前沿生产函数对不同兼业程度玉米种植户的技术效率进行了测算,并采用Tobit模型实证研究了兼业等因素对技术效率的影响。结果表明:样本农户平均技术效率为0.773,不同兼业水平技术效率:纯农户>Ⅰ兼户>Ⅱ兼户>非农户;受教育程度、农业技能培训、农地涵养水源等对技术效率有正向影响;兼业、外包程度等对技术效率有负向影响。因此,一方面应鼓励纯农户和Ⅰ兼户成为专业玉米种植大户,Ⅱ兼户和非农户尽快离农;另一方面应加大农户玉米种植技能培训,加强玉米种植地块水利设施建设,加快玉米科技研发进程。 Based on the field survey of 511 samples of farmers in Henan Province,this paper calculated the technical efficiency of corn growers in different degrees of part-time business with the stochastic frontier production function.Furthermore,a Tobit model was also applied here to explore the potential factors that influenced the corn technical efficiency such as part-time business.The results showed that the aver-age technical efficiency of the sample farmswas 0.773,and the technical efficiency in different degrees of part-time business:pure-agricul-tural households>Ⅰconcurrent households>Ⅱconcurrent households>non-agricultural households;education level,technical training of agricultural and farmland water conservation influenced the corn technical efficiency positively,while part-time business and outsourcing de-gree showed a negative effect.Therefore,on the one hand,it was necessary to encourage pure farmers andⅠconcurrent households to become large professional big corn growers,Ⅱconcurrent households and non-farmers withdraw from the farm as soon as possible.On the one hand,we should increasetechnical training of corn growers,strengthen the construction of water conservancy tocorn plot,and accelerate the research and development of corn science and technology.
