摘要 基于知识行为研究企业绿色创新系统的协同演化规律,借鉴B-Z反应模型,结合协同学相关理论,建立知识获取、知识流动和绿色创新绩效协同演化的三维Logistic模型,通过模型推导,并结合企业调查的问卷数据对企业绿色创新系统协同演化规律进行仿真研究。研究结果表明:在政策导向下,企业绿色创新系统在较短时间内实现了知识获取与绿色创新绩效之间的协同关系,知识流动水平处于相对稳定状态。其中强政策导向下,序参量(知识获取)的水平越高,绿色创新绩效增长越明显,企业绿色创新系统发展也越好。研究结果对企业调整知识行为策略,提升企业绿色创新绩效,促进企业绿色创新系统协同发展提供了理论依据。 With the continuous deepening of China's economic transformation,green innovation is appropriately suitable for our country's new development conception.Therefore,more and more enterprises should realize that vigorous efforts to green innovation should be paid immediately.However,how to understand the complex evolution process of enterprise green innovation systems to enhance green innovation performance has been the critical point and difficulty that companies and academics have been paying attention to all along.This paper adopts the perspective of knowledge behavior and combining with the theory of complex systems.This paper introduces the Logistic Dynamic Evolution Equation and discusses the co-evolution law for the enterprise green innovation system based on the knowledge-based view.The equation can make up for the deficiency of lacking quantitative model construction and methods in the current green innovation system research,provide new research ideas for the co-evolution of enterprise green innovation system,and lay a theoretical foundation for improving enterprise green innovation performance.Firstly,based on a synergetic B-Z reaction model,this paper establishes the three-dimensional Logistic dynamic evolution equation of knowledge acquisition,knowledge flow,and green innovation performance in enterprise green innovation system.Through the stability analysis,we obtain the threshold condition of green innovation system co-evolution and identify that knowledge acquisition is the dominant variable affecting the co-evolution of enterprise green innovation system.The co-evolution law of the enterprise green innovation system is also systematically analyzed according to the adiabatic elimination principle.Secondly,we use the questionnaire survey data collected from 259 manufacturing enterprises to carry out simulation research.Based on determining the validity of the questionnaire data,this paper discusses the evolution of the order parameter equation under different policy orientations and the co-evolution law of the green innovation system of enterprises.The results show that knowledge acquisition is the dominant factor affecting the collaborative evolution of the green innovation system.Under the policy orientation,the enterprise green innovation system can achieve synergy between knowledge acquisition and green innovation performance in a short time,and the level of knowledge flow is relatively stable.And under the strong policy orientation,the higher the level of the order parameter(knowledge acquisition),the more obvious the growth of green innovation performance,the better the development of enterprise green innovation system.Therefore,the strong policy orientation in the enterprise green innovation system is conducive to the promotion of green innovation performance.The initial state of the enterprise green innovation system will lead to significant differences in the evolution process.When the policy orientation remains the same,the enterprise green innovation system which pays more attention to both knowledge acquisition and knowledge flow has a more significant advantage than that only pays attention to knowledge flow at the initial stage.The results provide a theoretical basis for enterprises to adjust their knowledge behavior strategies,improve their green innovation performance,and promote the coordinated development of green innovation system.Finally,this study shows the simulation results and research conclusions and combines the relationship between knowledge acquisition,knowledge flow,and green innovation performance in enterprise green innovation systems.Moreover,this paper clarifies the co-evolution law of the enterprise green innovation system.It provides a robust management inspiration for the co-evolution of enterprise green innovation system.Enterprise green innovation system should pay attention to the following three aspects:(1)Improving knowledge acquisition capability and seeking knowledge cooperation extensively;(2)Paying attention to the role of policy orientation and actively perceiving the changes in the macro-environment;and(3)Opportunely adjusting enterprise green knowledge behavior strategy and rationally allocating knowledge resources.
