摘要
目的探索CBL+PBL教学模式在医学生实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月—2018年9月共50名在骨科轮转实习的2013级五年制临床医学生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用LBL教学模式,试验组采用CBL+PBL教学模式,教学结束采用学习成绩考核+问卷调查对比2组教学效果。结果试验组学习成绩、自主学习能力、临床思维能力、动手操作能力、解决问题能力、文献检索能力均高于对照组。结论CBL+PBL教学模式能提高学生兴趣,调动学生积极性,提升学生解决临床实际问题综合能力,有效促进教学质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of CBL(case-based teaching)+PBL(problem-based learning)teaching model in practical teaching of medical students.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,50 five-year-mode clinical medical students of grade 2013 who rotated practice in orthopedic department were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group adopted LBL(lecture-based learning)teaching model,the experimental group adopted CBL+PBL teaching model.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared by academic achievement examination and questionnaire at the end of teaching.Results The academic achievement,autonomous learning ability,clinical thinking ability,hands-on operation ability,problem-solving ability and literature retrieval ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion CBL+PBL teaching model can improve students'interest,arouse students’enthusiasm,improve students’comprehensive ability to solve clinical practical problems,and effectively promote teaching quality,which is worth popularizing.
