摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变作为糖尿病的严重并发症之一,是一种常见的致盲性眼病,具有明显的进行性和不可逆性,其进程与患者的糖尿病病程及血糖水平等因素有关。因此加强对糖尿病视网膜病变的早期诊断和治疗,是提高糖尿病视网膜病变疗效以及降低致盲率的关键。“治未病”思想是历代中医人的智慧结晶,在疾病的诊疗过程中具有重要的指导意义。本文基于中医“治未病”理论,结合临床经验及现代诊疗技术,探讨糖尿病视网膜病变的防治思路,以更好地服务患者,提高患者视觉质量和生活质量。
Diabetic retinopathy,as one of the serious complications of diabetes mellitus,is a common blinding ophthalmopathy,which is progressive and irreversible.Its process is related to the course of diabetes and the level of blood sugar.Therefore,strengthening the early diagnosis and treatment of diabetic retinopathy is the key to improve the curative effect of diabetic retinopathy and reduce the blindness rate.The idea of preventive treatment of disease is the wisdom crystallization of all generations of traditional Chinese medicine,which has an important guiding significance in the process of disease diagnosis and treatment.In this paper,based on the theory of preventive treatment of disease,combined with clinical experience and modern diagnosis and treatment technology to explore the prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy ideas,in order to better serve patients,improve the visual quality and quality of life of patients.
