摘要
目的:探讨“三位一体”无缝护理模式对喉癌术后患者住院护理服务满意度、自我管理能力的影响,为医院“三位一体”无缝隙护理模式的深入开展提供实证性参考依据。方法:选取2018年1月1日~2019年6月30日收治的80例喉癌患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序进行编号,根据随机数字表法完全随机化分为观察组和对照组各40例;观察组采用“三位一体”无缝护理模式,对照组采用传统护理模式;采用患者满意度量表(LOPSS)对两组护理满意度进行评价,采用WHO生存质量测定表(WHO QOL-BREF)在出院干预3个月和6个月对两组生存质量进行评价。结果:干预后,两组LOPSS总分及各维度评分均高于干预前(P<0.01),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);观察组干预3个月和6个月时QOL-BREF总分及各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组干预6个月时总分及各维度得分均高于干预3个月时(P<0.01),对照组干预6个月时生理维度、环境维度得分高于干预3个月时(P<0.01)。结论:对喉癌患者术后应用“三位一体”无缝隙护理模式能提高患者住院满意度,改善患者生存质量。
Objective:To explore the influence of the"trinity"seamless nursing model on the satisfaction of in-patient nursing service and self-management ability of patients with laryngeal cancer after operation,and to provide empirical reference for the in-depth development of the"trinity"seamless nursing model in hospitals.Methods:A total of 80 patients with laryngeal cancer admitted from January 1,2018 to June 30,2019 were selected as study subjects.They were numbered according to the admission sequence,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 patients each according to the random number table method.The observation group adopted the trinity seamless nursing model,and the control group adopted the traditional nursing model.The LaMonica Oberst Patient Satisfaction Scale(LOPSS)was used to evaluate the nursing satisfaction of the two groups.The WHO Quality of life measurement table(WHO QOL-BREF)was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups at 3 months and 6 months after discharge intervention.Results:After intervention,the total LOPSS score and each dimension score of the two groups were higher than that before intervention(P<0.01),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).The total QOL-BREF score and dimension scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05)3 months and 6 months after intervention,and the total score and dimension scores of the observation group 6 months after intervention were higher than those of the control group 3 months after intervention(P<0.01).The physiological and environmental dimension scores of the control group 6 months after intervention were higher than those of the control group 3 months after intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of the"trinity"seamless nursing model to patients with laryngeal cancer after surgery can improve the satisfaction with hospitalization and promote the quality of life of patients.
