摘要 为了解决480 MPa级车桥用钢因成分及工艺波动导致性能不合格的问题,针对不同正火+快速冷却(NAC)工艺对性能的影响展开深入研究。以2.8~13℃/s冷速、500~790℃终冷温度对480 MPa级车桥钢进行不同NAC工艺试验。结果表明:随着终冷温度的升高和冷速的降低,屈服强度先升高后下降,抗拉强度逐渐降低,伸长率和冲击功基本呈现上升趋势。与热轧钢板性能相比,NAC钢板的强度有所提升,韧塑性明显下降。据此设计出合理的NAC工艺制度,所生产钢板的综合性能得到明显改善。 In order to resolve the properties disqualification problem due to composition and process fluctuation for 480 MPa grade steel for automobile axle housings,in-depth research is performed on the effects of various NAC processes on mechanical properties.Different NAC tests are carried out at cooling rates from 2.8℃/s to 13℃/s and finish cooling temperatures from 500℃to 790℃.The results show that with increase of finish cooling temperature and decrease of cooling rate,the yield strength firstly increases and then decreases,the tensile strength gradually decreases,the elongation ratio and impact energy values basically has a tendency of increasing.Compared with the properties of hot rolled steel plate,the strength of the steel plate under NAC conditions increases,toughness and plasticity apparently decrease.A rational NAC process is designed accordingly,which improves the comprehensive properties of the steel plate.
