摘要
在临床骨外科手术系统中,超声骨刀是一种新型医疗器械,其采取压电超声频率振荡刀进行相关的骨整形术、骨切开术,优势特点就是振动较小,同时可减少出血量,降低创伤,有效地保护软组织,而且可以具备较高的精确性等。在口腔颌面外科中,超声骨刀有效地弥补了传统切割方式的不足,同时进行相应改进和完善,已经应用普遍。近年来,应用超声骨刀的文献研究资料不断增多,文章回顾近些年来对超声骨刀进行研究的文献,综述超声骨刀的应用情况,提供给临床医师有价值的借鉴。
In the clinical bone surgery system,ultrasonic scalpel belongs to a new way,which is to use piezoelectric ultrasonic frequency oscillating scalpel to carry out the related orthopedics and osteotomy.The advantage is that the vibration is small,while reducing the amount of bleeding and trauma,effectively protecting the soft tissue,and can have high accuracy,etc.In oral and maxillofacial surgery,ultrasonic osteotome has effectively made up for the shortcomings of the traditional cutting methods,meanwhile,it has been widely used for corresponding improvement and improvement.In recent years,there are more and more literatures about the application of ultrasonic osteotome.This paper reviews the literatures about the application of ultrasonic osteotome in recent years,and provides valuable reference for clinicians.
