摘要
在越来越多的传统手工艺趋于消亡的严峻形势下,传统手工艺传承逐渐被纳入高等学校的专业学科教育体系当中。工作室是高等教育的美术学科教学与手工技艺技术性合作平台构建的基础。通过工作室制教学模式改革,有助于形成“专业教师+行业大师+企业技师”共同构成的“三师”育人途径,打破传统教学中学校单一培养的模式,实现学校、企业“双向”培养,在学校、企业的共同参与下搭建与玉文化产业发展相匹配的实践教学平台和教学体系,形成以“工作室制”作为基本教学单元的新型手工技艺人才培养模式,实现真正意义上的手工技艺活态传承机制。
Under the severe situation that more and more traditional handicraft tends to die out,the inheritance of traditional handicraft is gradually brought into the professional discipline education system of colleges and universities.The studio is the foundation of the fine arts teaching in higher education and the construction of the technical cooperation platform for handcraft.The reform of studio system teaching mode is conducive to the formation of the“three-teacher”education approach,“professional teachers+professional masters+enterprise technicians”,which breaks the single school training mode in traditional teaching and realizes“two-way”training between schools and enterprises.With the joint participation of schools and enterprises,a practical teaching platform and teaching system matching the development of the jade culture industry will be set up to form a new training mode of handcraft talents with“studio system”as the basic teaching unit,so as to realize a real dynamic inheritance mechanism of handcraft skills.
