摘要
针对于循环式干燥塔的高温差、变负荷的特性,本文研发了一种新型循环式稻谷热泵干燥系统,并对其进行稻谷干燥的实验研究。实验结果表明:该系统可以在16~23℃的环温条件下,实现送风温度范围为63~70℃,且其制热性能系数达到了4.04~4.65,整个干燥过程的除湿能耗比为3.31 kg/(kW·h)。系统平均每降1%水分的稻谷烘干成本为2.42元/t(干稻谷),相对于燃油型和生物质型稻谷干燥系统,该系统的干燥成本分别降低了64.41%和42.38%。本文研究为热泵系统在循环式谷类塔式干燥系统应用提供了技术支持和理论依据。
Aiming at the high temperature difference and variable load characteristics of the recirculating drying tower,a novel heat pump drying system for recirculating rice is developed,and corresponding drying experiments are carried out.The results showed that,even at the ambient temperature of 16-23℃,the temperature range of air supply can reach 63-70℃.The range of coefficient of performance(COP)is 4.04-4.65 in the drying process,and the average value of specific moisture extraction rate(SMER)is 3.31 kg/(kW·h)in the drying process.The average drying cost of dried rice for 1%moisture extraction rate is 2.42 yuan/t(dried rice).Compared with the oil-fired and biomass-based rice drying systems,the drying cost of the system is reduced by 64.41%and 42.38%,respectively.The paper provides technical support and theoretical basis for the application of heat pump system in recirculating grain drying tower.
