摘要
以药物与基质比例、滴制温度、冷凝液温度为考察因素,以丸重差异、溶散时限及滴丸完整度作为指标,运用正交实验法优化淫羊藿苷滴丸制备工艺。最佳工艺为:以聚乙二醇4000为基质,药物与基质的比例为1:5,滴制温度80℃,滴距为8 cm,液体石蜡为冷凝剂,冷凝温度为10~15℃为最佳制备工艺。制备的滴丸硬度和圆整度较好,成型率高,符合滴丸质量要求,可用于淫羊藿苷滴丸制备。
The ratio of drugs to matrix,and temperature of dripping and condensing were taken as inspective factors.Dropping pills forming was chosen as optimizing index,and the preparation technology of oral dropping pills was optimized by response surface methodology.The optimized preparation condition was as follows:PEG4000 was matrix,the ratio of drug to matrix was 1:5,dripping temperature was 80℃,drip space was 8 cm,condensing agents was used as liquid paraffin,and condensing temperature was 10~15℃,respectively.The Icariin oral dropping pills made by this method had better properties of hardness,roundness,forming rate,and complies with the quality requirements.The process can be used for the preparation of oral dropping pills.
