摘要
目前汽车碰撞虚拟仿真实验教学资源相对匮乏,亟待开发类似虚拟仿真实验项目。根据《车身结构与设计》《汽车与交通安全》《汽车性能与仿真》等课程教学和实验要求,依托江苏大学国家级车辆工程虚拟仿真实验教学中心,基于真实车辆建立高精度数字化车辆仿真模型,运用数字化车辆、数字化假人、虚拟实验室与VR等先进教学技术,开发车身结构耐撞性与乘员保护评价虚拟仿真实验项目。学生通过在自主交互的虚拟环境中开展在线仿真实验,掌握汽车碰撞实验的基本内容、仪器设备、操作流程、数据分析方法、C-NCAP,达到"以虚补实,虚实结合,深度交互,理实融合"的教学效果。该实验项目已在车辆工程、交通运输等5个专业实施,同时向国内多所高校和多家企业开放。该项目已被教育部认定为2018年度国家虚拟仿真实验教学项目。
Up to now,teaching resources of virtual simulation experiment of automobile crash are relatively scarce.Thus,it is urgent to develop the corresponding virtual simulation project. In this paper,a virtual simulation experiment platform is developed by relying on the national vehicle engineering virtual simulation experiment teaching center of Jiangsu University. The platform is based on the teaching requirements and experimental contents of"Car Body Structure and Design","Automobile and Traffic Safety"and "Automobile Performance and Simulation". Firstly,a high-fidelity digital vehicle simulation model is established based on the real vehicle. Secondly,a "virtual simulation experiment of automotive body structure crashworthiness and occupant protection evaluation"platform is established by integrating the advanced techniques such as digital vehicles,digital dummy,virtual laboratory and VR. Thirdly,the online virtual simulation experiment can help students to master the basic contents,equipment performance,operational procedures,data analysis,and C-NCAP safety evaluation methods for automobile collision experiments. In this way,the important teaching effects of "virtual complement,virtually and reality combination,deep interaction and rational integration"are expected to achieve. The 6 virtual simulation experiment has been opened to five majors in Jiangsu University e. g.vehicle engineering and transportation engineering. With good teaching effect,it also has been opened to many other universities and enterprises. The project has been identified as the "2018 National Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching Project"by the Ministry of Education in China.
