摘要
目的探讨麝香保心丸对糖尿病患者PCI术后心功能与血管内皮功能的干预作用。方法选取2017年1月~2019年1月收治的98例急性心肌梗死的糖尿病患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将所有患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组49例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,试验组在给予常规西医治疗的基础上应用麝香保心丸治疗,两组患者进行为期3个月的治疗。对两组患者临床总体疗效、中医证候积分、心功能指标及血管内皮功能指标的变化情况进行比较。结果经干预治疗后,试验组临床总有效率为91.11%显著高于对照组的68.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后患者中医证候积分较对照组下降程度更明显(P<0.05);试验组患者LVEF、LVESV、LVEDV心功能相关指标较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05);试验组患者ET-1、sVCAM-1降低较对照组更明显(P<0.05),NO升高较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸具有芳香温通、益气强心之功效,可显著改善糖尿病患者PCI术后临床症状和中医证候,能够改善心功能指标,并且能够有效改善血管内皮功能,与单纯西医治疗相比较效果更佳,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of Shexiang Baoxin pills on the cardiac function and vascular endothelial function of diabetic patients after PCI.Methods A total of 98 diabetic patients with acute myocardial infarction who were admitted from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,all patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was given Shexiang Baoxin pills on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.The two groups of patients were treated for a period of 3 months.The overall clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,changes of cardiac function indices and vascular endothelial function indices were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After intervention treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 91.11%in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than that of 68.18%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the patients in the experimental group was decreased more than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cardiac function-related indicators LVEF,LVESV,and LVEDV of patients in the experimental group were improved better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The decrease in ET-1 and sVCAM-1 in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the increase in NO was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin pills have the functions of fragrant warmth,nourishing qi and strengthening heart,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes of diabetic patients after PCI.It can improve the cardiac function index,and can effectively improve the vascular endothelial function.Compared with western medicine treatment alone,it has a better efficacy and has a value of clinical promotion and application.
