摘要
当下,国家提出了建设“健康中国”的计划。在建设“健康中国”的过程中,食品安全与保障成为绕不过去的话题,而食品微生物检验又是保障食品安全的重要措施和手段。因此,本文聚焦于食品微生物检验,首先对食品微生物检验方法展开分析,其次结合笔者自身经验,对检验中所要注意的内容以及主要的检验技术展开详细探讨。
At present,the state has put forward the plan of building a“healthy China”.In the process of building a“healthy China”,food safety and security has become an unavoidable topic.And food microbiological inspection is an important measure and means to ensure food safety.Therefore,this paper focuses on food microbiological inspection.Firstly,it analyzes the methods of food microbiological inspection,and then combines with the author’s own experience,discusses in detail the contents that should be paid attention to in the inspection and the main inspection technology.
