摘要
食品和人的生命安全及健康息息相关,食品提供了人类生命所需的能源,直接影响着人类社会的生存和发展。尽管现阶段我国社会发展速度十分迅猛,人们的物质生活水平得到了改善,但也不断暴露出各种食品安全问题。解决食品安全问题也变得迫在眉睫。食品检测在食品安全管理中占据着极为重要的位置,做好食品检测具有极其重大的意义,但实际工作中仍有诸多问题存在,对有序开展食品安全管理工作具有极大影响,需要引起高度重视。对此,本文主要对食品检测在食品安全中的重要作用进行了探讨,以供参考。
Food is closely related to the safety and health of human life,which provides energy for human life and directly affects the survival and development of human society.Although China’s social development is very rapid at this stage,people’s material living standards have been improved,but also exposed a variety of food safety problems.Therefore,the solution of food safety problems has become imminent.Food testing plays a very important role in the food safety management procedures,and it is of great significance to do a good job in food inspection.However,there are still many problems in the actual work,which have a great impact on the orderly development of food safety management,which needs to be attached great importance.In this regard,this paper mainly discusses the important role of food detection in food safety for reference.
