摘要
针对角接触球轴承套圈安装时可能倾斜的问题,分析了轴承零件之间的几何位置和运动学关系,采用Newton-Euler方程建立考虑零件全部运动自由度的球轴承动力学模型,与Jones-Harris模型和文献试验结果对比以验证动力学模型的正确性。并以某角接触球轴承为例进行分析,结果表明:随内圈倾斜增大,球与套圈的接触载荷、相对滑动速度、接触角、边缘距离波动幅值均增大,球与保持架的作用载荷增大,保持架打滑率增大;随外圈倾斜增大,球与套圈的接触载荷、相对滑动速度、接触角、边缘距离波动幅值均增大,球与保持架的作用载荷增大,打滑率减小。
Aimed at possible tilting of angular contact ball bearing ring during installation,the geometric position and kinematic relation of bearing parts are analyzed.The dynamics model of ball bearing is built by Newton-Euler equation,considering all degrees of freedom of motion of the parts.The results are compared with Jones-Harris model and test results in references to verify the correctness of the dynamics model.Then,taking an angular contact ball bearing as an analysis example,the results show that with the tilting of inner ring increases,the fluctuation amplitude of contact load,relative sliding speed,contact angle and edge distance between ball and ring increases,the load of ball and cage increases,and the slip rate of cage also increases;with the tilting of outer ring increases,the fluctuation amplitude of contact load,relative sliding speed,contact angle and edge distance between ball and ring increases,the load of ball and cage increases,and the slip rate of cage reduces.
