摘要
目的研究麝香活血散联合早期康复护理干预对儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后关节功能恢复及预后的影响。方法选取收治的96例肱骨髁上骨折患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各48例。2组均给予手术治疗,对照组给予早期康复护理干预,试验组则在对照组的基础上联合麝香活血散治疗,治疗周期为4周。比较2组治疗前、治疗4周后VAS评分,血清炎性因子水平的变化,2组均随访6个月,比较肘关节功能评分,比较2组术后并发症发生率。结果与治疗前相比,治疗4周后2组VAS评分及血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组;与治疗前相比,治疗后6个月2组肘关节功能评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组;试验组的并发症发生率为12.50%,低于对照组的27.08%(P<0.05)。结论麝香活血散联合早期康复护理干预可促进儿童肱骨髁上骨折患者术后关节功能的恢复,降低炎性反应,缓解疼痛感,降低并发症的发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shexiang Huoxue powder combined with early rehabilitation nursing intervention on joint function recovery and prognosis after humeral supracondylar fracture in children. Methods 96 children with supracondylar fractures of the humerus admitted to our hospital were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method, with 48 cases in each. Both groups were given surgical treatment. The control group was given early rehabilitation nursing intervention, while the experimental group was treated with Shexiang Huoxue powder on the basis of the control group. The treatment cycle was 4 weeks. The changes of VAS score and serum inflammatory factor level were compared before and 4 weeks after treatment. The two groups were followed up for 6 months. The elbow joint function score and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared. Results Compared with the pre-treatment group, the VAS score and serum TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1 β levels of the two groups decreased after 4 weeks of treatment of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. Compared with the pre-treatment group, the elbow joint function score of the two groups increased after 6 months of treatment, and the experimental group was higher than the control group. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 12.50%, which was lower than 27.08% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Shexiang Huoxue powder combined with early rehabilitation nursing intervention can promote the recovery of postoperative joint function of children with supracondylar fracture of humerus, relieve pain and reduce the incidence of complications.
