摘要
目的探究艾灸治疗腰背肌筋膜炎临床效果.方法选择2018年8月—2019年10月收治的82例腰背肌筋膜炎患者,根据电脑随机盲选法,分为艾灸组和对照组,对照组仅给予常规治疗,艾灸组在对照组基础上给予艾灸治疗,比较2组患者症状改善时间、腰椎功能障碍改善情况、疾病复发率及治疗效果.结果艾灸组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),其疾病复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);艾灸组的腰背疼痛、肌肉痉挛、皮肤麻木、活动受限等症状改善时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);艾灸组治疗后的Oswestry评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论艾灸治疗腰背肌筋膜炎临床效果确切,可缩短患者症状消失时间,促进临床症状改善,缓解疼痛,且治疗后疾病复发率低,远期疗效较为理想,在临床中应用价值较高,可推广.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of moxibustion in the treatment of fasciitis of lumbar dorsum muscle.Methods 82 patients with LBM fasciitis admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into moxibustion group and control group according to the computer blind selection method.The control group was only given routine treatment,and the moxibustion group was given moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group.The time of symptom improvement,improvement of lumbar dysfunction,disease recurrence rate and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of moxibustion group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of moxibustion group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of back pain,muscle spasm,skin numbness and limited activity in moxibustion group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The Oswestry score of moxibustion group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion can shorten the time of symptom disappearance,promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and relieve the pain.After treatment,the recurrence rate of the disease is low and the long-term effect is ideal.It has high clinical application value and can be popularized.
